About Me
Hi, I’m Leigh. I’m a sound designer and recording engineer based in Los Angeles County. My background spans film, voice-over, and game audio; and over the years I’ve carved out a niche as a systems minded designer who loves building interactive soundscapes from the ground up. I originally came out of film production and post, but since 2018 I’ve focused on crafting immersive audio for games, with a particular emphasis on spatial sound, technical implementation, and world-building.
I’ve spent the past six years at Skydance Interactive, contributing across a wide range of disciplines: sound design, field and studio recording, VO editing, and technical audio systems in Unreal Engine 5. I’ve had the opportunity to work on The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners (2020), Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution (2022), and most recently Skydance’s Behemoth (2025). On Behemoth, I focused heavily on melee combat, grapple-hook behavior, and major creature encounter soundscapes; a mix of creative design and deeply technical implementation that hits right at the intersection I love most.
Thanks for visiting. Feel free to explore the Film and Game Audio sections in the menu above, and don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to connect with collaborators, fellow sound designers, and anyone who’s passionate about immersive, emotionally driven audio.
